Finished Pictures of Mt. Washington Kitchen

The layout has changed significantly in this kitchen in Mt. Washington. By removing the old pantry, moving the sink to the corner and using a cabinet-depth refrigerator - cabinet and counter space have been greatly increased. The wonderful old Chambers range is situated between two angled base cabinets to give some counter space on both sides, which creates a design focal point featuring the classic range. Base cabinets are stained with a very dark Java stain and wall cabinets are painted with an off white finish, creating a fresh, cheery look. The light colored wall cabinets and plenty of recessed lights really lighten up the room. Granite counters, new hardwood floor and subway tiles in a near white finish complete the style.

Finished Pictures of Mt. Washington Bath

This bath in Mt. Washington is finished. The original vision was a vintage bath with subway tiles and a classic black-and-white mosaic tile floor. Mission accomplished! The bath is up to date with new fixtures, a powerful exhaust fan controlled by a digital timer, a great light fixture over the sink that fits the look, a tall vanity with 3 drawers for better storage and the perfect medicine cabinet - a real find that was discovered at the Habitat resale store and refurbished.
